About Us

Our Mission

Common Sense Wellness (CSW) seeks to educate clients about the latest technological advancements so they can make healthy choices to last a lifetime.

CSW works with clients on a personal basis. We begin by comprehensively assessing all of the underlying imbalances of one's body. Then we guide and direct each client to help rebuild a healthy lifestyle at every possible level. Our unique program achieves success by staying on top of the latest health technologies - including conventional approaches – to provide a pathway to balance and wellness.

Our Vision

The vision of CSW is to provide a comprehensive lineup of technology services under one roof. To accomplish this, we are establishing a network of nationwide wellness centers to provide healthcare choices to all clients. Our ultimate goal is influencing the American healthcare system toward a broader choice in treatment that is available to everyone.

The Common Sense Wellness Story

Doug Huseby founded Becker Furniture World in 1978; eight years later he decided to take a unique approach in healthcare for his employees and his family. Ever since, healthcare has become a passion and a new way of life for Doug. For example, he introduced an innovative Corporate Wellness Pilot that includes a wellness center.  Employees have at their disposal many technologies, treatments and protocols for achieving personal wellness.

The implementation of the pilot not only won the hearts of hundreds of employees but it turned heads in the business community: health care costs were reduced and employee morale and productivity increased.  In recent years, the program has blossomed into an exciting new pilot available to the general public:  the Common Sense Wellness non-profit center in Wayzata, Minnesota.
